Biography Marco Gasparri
Marco Gasparri is the founder and administrator of Magas s.r.l., an Italian company of technical and organizational consultancy that performs market analysis on all commodities: Energy and Commodities, Energy Services, Real Estate Services, Real Estate, Goods and services in Healthcare, Goods and generic services.
In Magas, Marco Gasparri is responsible for helping his clients to structure the engineering and project office for participation in public and private tenders. Among the main activities managed there are: Technical organizational consultancy, Design of public and private tenders, Market analysis, Real estate services and Real Estate, Development and supply of websites and information documents accessory to the activities of the assisted company.

Sole director and responsible for consulting the project engineering offices of the company’s customers.
From 2006 to 2008 he implemented and contributed to the start-up of the company Sidera S.R.L. of which he was a founding member
Sidera Srl has successfully operated in real estate development and trading, using innovative financial instruments. In particular, during the start-up period, Sidera srl acquired about 30 million euros of aggregate properties by reselling them on the Italian and foreign markets.
From 1997 to 2000 he was the Manager responsible for Urban Planning Services, the Single Office for Businesses and the State Property Office of the Municipal Administration of the city of Santa Marinella:
Reporting directly to the Mayor, he was responsible for the organization and management of the offices of Urban Planning, One-Stop-Shop for Businesses and State Property.
From 1992 to 1997 he was responsible for the design and construction management of the C.P.T. Center for Territorial Planning S.R.L.
He works as responsible for the design, execution and implementation of architectural and engineering projects for public and private structures and infrastructures.
Other experiences and collaborations:
In 2003-2004 he collaborated with the company Patrimonio dello Stato S.p.A, of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, for the realization of the feasibility study concerning the Public Property Fund (FIP)
From 2003 to today he is constantly collaborating with some Italian universities and vocational training schools, including: the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, in the second level Master’s degree in integrated real estate management, the Commercial University Luigi Bocconi of Milan and the Free University of Social Studies LUISS Guido Carli of Rome.
